The Novotel & Ibis Melbourne Central opened their rooms to the public in Jan 2019. The hotel complex is Accor’s first experiment with dual brands (Novotel & IBIS) in a single building in Melbourne. The IBIS has 270 rooms whereas the Novotel has 213. The complex also boasts 2 restaurants – Pretty Boy Italian Steakhouse on Level 1 and Goldie – Asian Canteen & Brews on the Ground floor.
